This is the rear shock absorber bolt you will need
to replace. It’s a good idea to replace them with
fresh new bolts. This fits upper and lower for
Oct’52-April’59 Beetles, and through 1967 Bus
bottom bolt. Also used to secure axle beam to
chassis for all Beetles through 1970 and 1977
standard Beetle, 12X90mm.
