This is a hard to find channel for your engine compartment that mounts either on the inside part of the apron or around th engine to mount your engine seal to the body,  this channel comes in 43 inch length inside U channel is 14mm outside width is 5/8 inches ,  you use as many you like to make the job complete.  Fits on all Beetles 1950-1974, Ghia 1956-1974, Thing and Bus 1950-1971, New~
